ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Branch Manager and leading the Bordertown service team, you will be responsible for managing pre-deliveries, services and repairs to our customers vehicles from first contact to final delivery.

Skills

• Tech qualification/mechanical background (desirable)
• Sound computer skills
• Exceptional customer support
• Experience with service workshop management
• Sound time management & organisation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all other departments
• Knowledge of Mazda and Nissan products is highly desirable
